Andy is an experienced and well-respected educator in customer experience and contact center management, and has personally delivered hundreds of programs for contact center staff and managers throughout the APAC, UK and US. He has over 25 years of experience in BPO management roles and CX consulting, 20 of which have been spent in SEA. He has been a lead auditor and trainer for COPC Inc. and is a founding member of the Contact Center Association of Malaysia, and a recipient of a career achievement award for his service to the Malaysian contact center industry.
