PHILIPPINES – TDCX nurtures people to be the best they can be and has built a rapport in the industry for being unrivalled in talent development. TDCX Philippines’ strong growth is fuelled by an organisation-wide passion to deliver excellence.
From its humble beginnings in 2014, TDCX Philippines has evolved tremendously over a span of just three years. The expansion is living testament that success can be achieved with teamwork, determination and hard work. It’s been an exciting journey and it’s all because of the people who never stopped believing, who worked hard towards this goal and made it possible.
Ricart Valvekens, Country Director, TDCX Philippines expressed his gratitude and said, “As we look back, there is so much to be grateful for. You are the ones who made this possible, so a heartfelt thank you for being part of this exciting journey! On a personal note, I feel blessed to be working with so many brilliant people. From the start, we have had a wonderful culture so let’s continue to be honest, be bold, be brave, be creative and be supportive!”
This year’s Summerscape, like the ones before it, was more play than work. As part of the appreciation of our exceptional talents, this annual event is TDCX Philippines’ way of celebrating and honouring the achievements of staff. TDCX Philippines is committed to delivering world-class brand experiences and to this end, has adopted a mindset of ‘work hard, play hard’ to motivate both personal and organisational growth. We believe it’s important that employees understand how their success is measured and know that no matter what their role is, everyone has something to contribute.
The culture at TDCX is framed by leadership, fostered by mentors, and flourishes with great co-workers. We’ve long understood that a positive culture creates a place where employees want to work, collaborate and thrive. That’s what drives growth in every office across the region.
TDCX Philippines held its first Townhall this year where our CEO, Laurent Junique, and Country Director, Ricart Valvekens spoke about the overall strategic direction for the Philippines. The Townhall brought together the company’s leaders to discuss key learnings and insights from the past quarters as well as what each department will contribute to the company’s growth and expansion to reach 5,000 employees in the next few years. Laurent emphasized that one of the strengths of TDCX is teamwork, which is why we at TDCX surround ourselves with good people. During the session, he also said that the key to keep growing is that we need to keep innovating.
Today the Philippines continues to provide world-class support to global brands, a fact that contributes to the recognition of TDCX as a leading outsourced contact centre in the region, winning over 100 local and international industry awards.
